I am a Psychologist and the Founder of "Its About You". It's About You is an endeavor where the Vision is rooted in a Simple Belief : Psychological Support should be ethical, evidence-based, and easier for everyone to seek. 

My Work is Driven by the understanding that mental well-being is not just about addressing difficulties when they arise - it is about building awareness, resilience, healthier relationships, and a more meaningful way of living. I believe in Holistic Approach where Therapy is curated according to the Individual & Situational Need. 

As a psychologist and founder, I am committed to creating a holistic, ethical, and evidence-based practice that bridges the gap between people and quality psychological care. I envision a space where seeking help feels approachable and stigma-free, where individuals can find the right support with confidence, and where psychological well-being is treated as an essential part of overall health.
